Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 12 noon. If you are arriving before 3pm we will do our best to accommodate you,however if we are unable to accommodate you, your luggage may be stored with our concierge.

All of our guest rooms have a wide range of facilities and have been carefully prepared for your visit by the dedicated team of our award winning accommodation staff. If you have any additional requirements for your room, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your arrival.

Parknasilla Resort boasts fantastic food and drink offerings to suit all tastes. We try to accommodate all our guests with their preferred reservation time for dinner but due to high demand this is not always possible. This reservation is guaranteed by credit card, please contact the Hotel if arrival time is later than 6pm. We accept Laser,Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancelling your reservation after this or failing to arrive, will result in a minimum penalty equal to one nights stay per room to your credit card, account or charged against a deposit that has been received. Please be aware that a credit card will be taken at check-in for authorization and a PIN number is required for European credit card holders (American Express excluded). Cheques will be accepted only with a valid cheque guarantee card and up to the value which is displayed on the card. Additional terms may apply.
