Payment
We accept all major credit cards and room charges.  All prices are quoted in Euros and are per person unless otherwise specified.

Treatments
A credit card number is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.

Part and Full Day Spa SPECIAL OFFERS
Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.  Special offers are strictly non-refundable, but  are transferable to an alternative date or named person subject to availability and a minimum of three days notice.

Residential Spa SPECIAL OFFERS
A credit card number is required at time of booking to secure your reservation and full terms of payment will be outlined on confirmation of your booking.  Prices are per person.  Full cancellation terms for special offers will be outlined with your confirmation of booking.  Please check at time of reservation.  The terms of some special offers will include restrictions allowing no refunds or cancellations at any time.

Cancellation
Clients needing to cancel any booked appointments or special offers are required to give the following notice:

Treatments & Rituals
24 hours is necessary to avoid any charges. Less than 24 hours will have 50% treatment value taken and less than 12 hours or no show will be charged at 100%.

No Shows
No shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Treatment details and prices are correct at time of going to print.  The Management reserves the right to alter or amend any of the details of the brochure at any time without prior notice.  While every effort is made at all times to ensure the correct functioning and service of all our equipment and facilities, the Management reserves the right to close any area of the spa or its facilities at any time for essential maintenance work.
