What to Wear
Robes and slippers are provided. Please bring your swimwear for use in our thermal spa. Disposable briefs will be provided for all wet and/or body treatments.
Hotel Residents
Robes and slippers are provided in your room; please feel free to wear these to the spa.
Valuables
Please note that although lockers are provided for your use we encourage you to leave all items of value in your hotel room or at home. The owners and management take no responsibility for your personal valuables chosen to be left in any area of the spa at any time, even when in a secure locker.
Noise & General Spa Etiquette
Our spa offers an environment of total peace, relaxation and tranquility. In order to achieve this and in respect of all our spa guests, we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum in all areas of the spa and its facilities.
Mobile phones
The spa and all its areas are a ‘mobile free zone’. We ask that you either leave your mobile in your room or that you turn it off when entering the spa and that it is not turned on again until having left the spa vicinity.
Health & Safety
Please take responsibility for your health and safety while using the facilities of the spa at all times. If you have any ongoing medical condition or are pregnant, we recommend you to seek advice from your doctor prior to using the facilities of the spa as well as making a staff member aware of your condition. If you feel faint, dizzy or unwell at any time whilst in the spa or treatments, please stop using them immediately and seek assistance.
Pregnancy
Some of our treatments may be unsuitable during pregnancy, our spa team will be happy to advise you on the treatments best suited to your requirements.
