An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Pastry Chef De Partie, within a talented team of dedicated chefs.
The successful candidate should posses the following:
At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a similar quality environment.
Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skill.
Ability to work on their own initiative and take direction as part of a team.
Extensive knowledge of HACCP implementation & standards.
Ability to develop new menus as required.
Managing food costs & cost control measures in line with departmental budget.
Ability to train any staff in the department where applicable and as required
