An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Pastry Chef De Partie, within a talented team of dedicated chefs.
The successful candidate should posses the following:
 At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a similar quality environment.
 Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
 Commitment to high standards and attention to detail.
 Excellent organisational skill.
 Ability to work on their own initiative and take direction as part of a team.
 Extensive knowledge of HACCP implementation & standards.
 Ability to develop new menus as required.
 Managing food costs & cost control measures in line with departmental budget.
 Ability to train any staff in the department where applicable and as required
